I understand that participation in ballet classes, workshops, and other activities offered by ALIGN Ballet Method involves physical activity and inherent risks, including falls, muscle strains, bodily injury, and, in rare cases, serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume these risks and accept responsibility for participating within my physical abilities. In consideration of my participation, I hereby release and hold harmless ALIGN Ballet Method, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliated facilities from claims arising from my participation, including claims resulting from their ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by California law. I intend this release to be binding upon me and, to the extent legally permitted, my heirs, estate, personal representatives, and assigns. I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this waiver.
