Welcome to ALIGN Ballet Method. By accessing our website, creating a student account, registering for classes or workshops, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Students agree to provide accurate information when registering and to maintain the security of their accounts. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared or transferred without authorization.
ALIGN Ballet Method reserves the right to restrict website access or suspend accounts in cases of fraudulent activity, misuse, or violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.
All classes, workshops, and memberships are subject to the prices, schedules, and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Registrations are confirmed upon successful payment and enrollment confirmation.
Students are responsible for reviewing their selections before completing a purchase.
Workshop purchases are governed by our separately published Workshop Cancellation & Transfer Policy.
Memberships, class packages, and other services are governed by their respective purchase agreements.
Refunds, cancellations, and transfers are processed according to the applicable policy and California law.
Students are responsible for attending their registered classes and arriving on time.
Makeup classes, when available, are subject to the rules of the applicable program, enrollment availability, and published makeup policies.
Missed classes do not automatically qualify for refunds, additional classes, or extensions.
ALIGN Ballet Method reserves the right to change instructors, schedules, locations, and program offerings when reasonably necessary.
If ALIGN cancels or materially changes a purchased program, affected students will be notified and offered an appropriate resolution consistent with the terms of their purchase and applicable law.
ALIGN Ballet Method is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and professional learning environment.
Students are expected to treat instructors, employees, and fellow students with courtesy and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, bullying, or repeated disruption of classes will not be tolerated.
ALIGN reserves the right to remove individuals from activities or restrict future participation for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable legal and refund obligations.
Ballet and dance instruction involve physical activity and inherent risks.
Students are expected to participate responsibly, follow reasonable safety instructions, and exercise appropriate judgment regarding their physical abilities and limitations.
Participation is subject to our separately acknowledged Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement.
Nothing in these terms waives rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
ALIGN may photograph or record classes and events for educational, promotional, and community purposes.
Students may decline participation in promotional photography or video by notifying ALIGN staff.
Students must respect the privacy of others and obtain permission before recording or publicly sharing identifiable images or videos of fellow participants.
Promotional use of identifiable student images is subject to applicable consent requirements.
The ALIGN Ballet Method name, trademarks, logos, website content, photographs, videos, and original instructional materials belong to ALIGN Ballet Method or their respective rights holders.
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization, except as permitted by law.
We respect the privacy of our students and handle personal information according to our separately published Privacy Policy.
Students agree to receive necessary communications concerning registrations, payments, class schedules, and account activity.
Promotional communications are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
ALIGN makes reasonable efforts to maintain a secure and reliable website. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Students agree not to interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, misuse accounts, or engage in fraudulent transactions.
ALIGN may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
ALIGN may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in business operations, technology, or legal requirements.
Updated terms will be published on our website. Material changes will be communicated when required, and updates will not retroactively eliminate rights established under existing purchases or applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, subject to applicable consumer protections.
